Everything seems oldfashioned even the places that have been renovated sound like fake!The menu choice is too small and the staff not pro enough for a Michelin star restaurant !We were disappointed because we expected too much indeed!For me is not the best restaurant in Nantes and I dont understand the red guid's inspectors.
a two stars restaurant nearby Nantes. Laurent does miracle with his dishes. If you want to see an artist at work , pay him a visit. Each dish is a waltz of flavours and a delight for the eyes.
We have been going to Le Manoir for years. It is always a trilled to experience the culinary prowes of Laurent . Always something new to marvel your palate This is a must
2 * in the Michelin guide but should be THREE ! Excellent food presented with a touch of imagination, a rather unique experience.
