Open 7 days a week from 10am-6pm. Visa & MaterCard accepted. We were recommended this place by our Airbnb host and I will recommend it to anyone else I can. You could easily miss it as there is no sign on the highway for it, but I'm sure that if you have GPS, you could enter the address and navigate it that way. Given the location on the water, we stuck to seafood and I'm glad we did. The menu is translated in English for those that need it. We started with some Caipirinhas and the garlic shrimp. If you enjoy spicy foods, a touch of their hot sauce gives a nice bite to anything you order, including their garlic shrimp. After that, came the fried red fish along w/ the shrimp & seafood Moqueca. Everything was so fresh. The batter on the fish was perfectly crisped and seasoned. We had never had a Moqueca before and what a place to try your first one! The flavors were unbelievably tasty. If you are familiar with a moqueca, this one comes with all of the normal fixings, including the pico de gallo looking tomato dish, the beans, rice, fish pudding and farofa to sprinkle on it all. The farofa was seasoned well, just like everything else and gave everything a nice texture to the entire meal. In addition to the food, the view is just gorgeous. Not only do you have a view of the river, but the staff will place bananas out for the tiny monkeys and if it is not overly crowded with people, you might see tiny monkeys pop out from within the mangroves to snack on the treat. To sum it all up, the view was perfect, the staff was attentive, and the experience- unforgettable. Highly recommended... if you get a chance, GO!
