So, having just arrived in Southport on a cold, dark winters evening three Manchester girls saw the lights that illuminated Mamma Mia on Lord Street! Mindful it was only 20:30 we thought we would be ok to find somewhere open. My 5 stars down to 4 is I felt uncomfortable asking for a table! I We made quick decisions and the waiter was so kind and lovely… so sorry didn’t get the name! Food arrived , and was absolutely divine, service perfect! Front of house a slight let down, sorry
had not visited a great meal in a long time. if they take time to stewing over their order, I suggest that they look at the menu in advance. there is a large selection of pizza, pasta, steak etc. eating was nice and the staff very nice. service was timely, but not hastened. the restaurant is small, so I would always advise to book in advance, also for 2. there are limited parking spaces outside pay and display or free after 6.
celebrate my men 70th birthday. we have a table reserved that we were asked if it's okay. very attentive staff and as friendly as always. drinks and eating ordered. nice eating, well presented and delicious. after eating happy birthday played and a dessert appeared with candles. beautiful surprise. many thanks for making it special
beautiful meal. had lachspastea and the sauce is to die. visit them southport for three days and went there every night. I couldn't get enough. I wish we lived there. just a little nigger. my man has a bad back and the chairs are so hard. we could have stayed longer and then have a sweet one. x
