What a wonderful find on our trip to Pay de la Loire. This restaurant should be well on its way to a first Michelin star. From the professional yet extremely friendly greeting, through to the selection of food and wine pairings. The whole ambience of the place just exudes quality and a sign of more to come The food was to die for and great wines to match We had both dinner and a lunch here and cannot wait to get back again! Lovely inside and outside dining areas and a great view into the wine cellar!
I like to think of myself as rather a foodie and this restaurant is as good as it gets! Refined and delicate flavours coupled with lovely warm service made this a truly memorable experience. Wonderful meal all round
A tasteful experience, friendly staff and some surprising combinations. Menu degustation is really worthwhile, allthough wines could be better. Reasonable prices.
