"General It was Sunday, at home the kitchen remained cold. So what was closer than looking for a beer garden from our surroundings. After a long abstinence we decided to take our lunch back in the beer garden of the Maintalstuben in Mainaschaff. Due to the fact that a somewhat diffuse weather prevailed, we drove by bicycle to the restaurant. Parking in front of the restaurant is more than enough. Operation At 13.30 we stood at the entrance to the beer garden and waited for the staff to give us the entrance. A young feminine service had already seen us and came to us Cordstracks. She kindly greeted us and asked if we had reserved ourselves. We had not reserved, but enough tables were free, we were led from her to a nice table. At the table we presented our digital vaccinations with the CovPassApp on our smartphone. For security reasons, we had to fill out a note with our data. Shortly afterwards, a colleague with the menus came to our table. He also welcomed us friendly and distant from the table to stand again after 5 minutes and ask for our drinks. Sweetheart chose a Montepulciano, which was well tempered in a 0.2-liter glass for 5 € and served well for its selected dish For me it should be a slippery pilgrim from the barrel (0.4 l, 3.30 €). The food On a chalkboard at the entrance was written that today there were calf livers with roast potatoes and additional salad (19.50 €). Sweetie chose this main dish. That was a good choice from her. The calf liver was super delicate and tasty. The roast potatoes with the bowl were well suited. calf liver with roast potatoes I chose a dish from the menu, namely Tagliatelle Pfifferling with salmon, Rucola and Parmesan (14.50 €). Full hit, Tagliatelle good to roll with the fork, enough well roasted plums, the salmon in small pieces still nicely juicy. The whole dish tasted very good. Rucola and cheerful Parmesan also looked like the fist.
