When we walked in today it looked like the restaurant was still in the stages of opening. They were only five or six items on the menu and there was no one in the restaurant other than a few staff. When the group I was waiting with went to order they asked a few questions in the individual taking our orders did not know what was on the items that were on the board. The only drinks available were from the cooler and we were asked multiple times from the cooks in the kitchen what our orders were. The brisket was one of the main things that they offer, and they only had enough brisket for one sandwich. They came up and told us the other brisket is frozen like a brick and so one of the people in our group had to substitute chicken for the brisket. That was very odd considering it was one of the main foods available. I personally ordered the chicken strips and fries, and they were OK. The chicken strips were a bit dry, but everything was hot. Honestly, they seemed like they weren 't really sure what they were doing and food was delivered without napkins and we also had to go out front and ask for salt and catch up. It just seemed very disorganized.
