We were a large family group celebrating a birthday and with half of our family vegan and the other half a mixture of vegetarian and carnivores, the menu suited us all! There is a separate vegan menu which makes life much easier! The style is Italian. From the vegan menu the following entrees were chosen.Garlic bread is always a must and with herbs added did not disappoint. A variety of pate type dishes were served that were all vegan and quite tasty and finished quickly! Our mains were- Penne Arabbiata with the pasta, tomato, olives, chilli, capers and biocheese which the kids devoured. The Vegan Scaloppine ai Funghi is a mix of wild mushrooms served with chat potatoes and delicious! Various mixed salads were fresh, crunchy and filling too.Overall the menu is fantastic for vegans and vegetarians! The seafood dishes are extensive and were popular too on our table. The Risotto Marinara with calamari, clams, prawns, mussels, tomato and parsley was piping hot and did not disappoint! Around the table we tried many dishes on the menu and not one failed to excite its eater. Its good to have those choices for so many varied food requirements. The restaurant had a couple of other large parties and several other tables filled. The staff were great, attentive and patient with the many children running around. We arrived at 1230 but did not get our meals until 2.30 approximately. It was tough on the kids in the restaurant tho we bought things to amuse ours, other families were not so prepared. The food was worth the wait but the wait was just a tad long!
