Restaurant to do absolutely if you are visiting Villefranche de Rouergue!The chef welcomes you with sympathy and humour, to take you to his culinary and regional universe.The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, you have on one side view of the kitchen and the other view of the 'Aveyron.You will find a kitchen with local products, calf of the 'Aveyron, foie gras ect... The whole local producer.I advise you in dessert the crazy way lost bread with an English cream at the Tonka and hazelnuts it fell on the ground. Still bravo to the leader and his team for this great moment!
Excellent discovery!Exceptional!A refined cuisine, an explosion of flavour in the mouth. Menu at 60 € just in quantities and taste...A dynamic and very competent team. Not too much waiting between each dishes, cook who helps in the room to serve, pleasant service and asks if everything goes well...A relaxing, calm, perfect environment, we came out conquered.Best flat for the aperitif that is served you with the entrance to 2 minutes...So not too much time to appreciate it...If not a faultless one !Recommended without hesitation !!!
It's over there the restaurant l'Univers is closed....The renowned chef discovered on TV will rebound in 2022 to a new business in a small village next to Villefranche de Rouergue where he wants to install his new gastronomic restaurant on the edge of a small lake
