"I liked the idea of having Chinese, sushi, and hibachi food choices all in one place. We went in and decided on sushi however our table and some of the utensils they brought out were dirty. I just had the absolute worst experience here. I dined with 2 friends. When we came in it was not busy. At first tge staff was kind and attentive. Quickly the staff became over attentive sending 4 different waitresses to tge table in 10 minutes to adk ifwe were ready to order. The waitress that eventually helped our table was confused and could not answer questions about themenu. When our food arrived it was absolutely horrible. The spare ribs were colder than our ice water. When we asked to havethem replaced and explained why they microwaved the same food and brought it back 15 mins later dry and rock hard. The snowwhite chicken that was ordered was not fresh. The meat was off. We asked to please return it and only had eaten a few bites. Theflavor was horrible. When the check came we paid for everything and got up to leave. At this point we were stopped and accusedof trying to leave without paying. We explained we did not think we should have to pay for the uncooked ribs. They agreed andeven had removed it from the ticket and then said we didn't pat for it. It took 30 mins to address the issue. The staff wererude and unfriendly and the manager refused to help. In the end we paid for the horrible uncooked food. Please do not eat here.I saw several food violations. The restaurant is not clean. The staff is mean and rude and we had to pay for uncooked food andwere accused of trying to leave without paying. I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant. *We had two orders of eggrolls. They were burnt and disgusting.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. I usually go to Fuji Ya (Hibatchi). This time we ate at Lucky Key. I ordered Garlic Chicken with fried rice. When it came out, the garlic chicken had a very off putting smell amd the rice wasn't seasoned. When I asked for them to take the dish back because of the smell, the manager was very rude, asking me why I ordered it if Ididn't like it. They did take the garlic chicken off my check but the customer service from the manager. My waiter was nice, butthe manager not so much. She was VERY rude. I will never return.

This restaurant has been around for a while. Never been disappointed with the food. My most recent experience was good. The fried rice was good. The only negative thing was that I ordered my meal with shrimp and received chicken. But, when I call backthey said they would take care of it at a later time. Didn't want to drive back out there. Also, if you're looking for Hibachi, this is a great place to try.

We ordered egg foo young, Chinese broccoli, and miso soup. The broccoli was $8 and it was a tiny box. Also our egg foo young was missing rice. I called asking about the size of the side and the missing rice. The person on the phone just kept on talking overme and saying that the rice was in the bag. I was willing to go down there and get the rice, but instead he just hung up on me.
