Beautiful course that this dinner at the Ostal. We take your hand and take you on a walk to discover authentic flavors of the region with a lot of inventiveness and delicacy. No map but a menu that walks you in the very imaginative universe of the chef populated with fresh and auvergne flavours. The whole team is wonderful and friendly in particular the sommelier who advises you of the original wines without being expensive for a met wine deal. Everything is done at the minute then ...take your time and enjoy the moment that stretches with voluptuous in this elegant setting and enjoy this refined and inventive cuisine A big bravo and a big thank you to Chief Hebrard and his team

An unforgettable experience! We are not there in a restaurant with a long card: there is only one menu, with three variations: from memory between 5 and 8 different dishes. Each dish is a slaughter, everything is perfectly prepared and cooked, and the advantage of the unique menu is the consistency also between dishes. The service is intended for small onions (2 highly competent servers for 20 seats). Obviously, given the number of services, we eat in two hours, but it is two hours of pure happiness. Attention: we had a lot of luck to be able to eat without reservation, but this is not the right approach! Come on!

As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed. And throughout the dinner (a map), the staff is in small care. The place is very comfortable without eyes. The kitchen is very vegetal, local and refined. The meal lasts on average 3:00. The chef comes to talk to each guest and explains his culinary approach based on the absence of waste and his willingness to use all parts of a product. It was an excellent gastronomic experience.

Excellent. In addition to the reception and service, this restaurant offers, in a perfectly neat setting, a meal to explore regional cuisine by sublimating the different local products at a very reasonable price.
