were two after reservation on Sunday at h 18:30 for dinner. a greeting from the young men behind the tresen remained out. face expression: "guests threatened with turnover".The friendly, Spanish speaking waiter who accepted ours offered us a table outside or inside.We quickly got a menu and ordered the drinks. we did not have to wait long for the appetizers, but at the time of serving we had to ask for our drinks, which were then brought by another waiter.The quality of the different appetizers was good. after brot we had to ask, although for each operation it would have been difficult to see that the brotkörbchen was empty. even after the glasses were emptied and operated several times past our table, we had to order drinks again. none of the employees came to ask the idea for further drinks.The main dish - and mentioned explicitly at the site positiw - filet of excellent quality should be accompanied by supplements. a supplement was served with the meat, a further ordered supplement followed only to ask. this is not possible!!!!The later bill then offered the surprise of the special kind. we were charged € 12,90 for wein, which we had not drunk. the complaint to the waiter was commented as follows: "Have they invited the outside? for this wee belongs to him." we did not have to find fun. Conclusion: meat good - service friendly - but unorganized and "a lot of air up".
we were there more often, unfortunately the service becomes worse. the service was friendly but overwhelmed. we sat outside, there were not all tables occupied, the waiting times for drinks and eating were very long. after the appetizer we received our steaks after a long wait period. even after 5 minutes, the supplements were not brought to the table. the foundation was that the way to the kitchen is so far. Both steaks should be medium. the rumpsteak was more than done and was replaced without any condition. Unfortunately, then a half-crush steak came, which was returned again. the ordered filetsteak was unfortunately sehnig.We did not complain. but also could not eat together.As we have paid a lot for the evening, money and eating was below average, we will not come back again.
the local made a very cozy impression. more beautiful than inside. the waitress was super friendly and had another court prepare that was actually sold out. the meat itself, had an excellent quality, unfortunately I lacked some supplements. there were no normal pommes, only with garlic and crumble. neither wobble, nor cervical butter or sauce hollandaise / bernaise were offered. I recommend this restaurant to all pure meat lovers, but who wants to modify his meat something is wrong here.
who loves great and high quality steaks of all kinds is right here. in this restaurant, which is very reminiscent of argentina, it can be eaten and drink well. the service is good and very accommodating.
