We came here three or four years ago, as it is a local restaurant, we wanted some good pasta. The food wasn't disappointed, but we remembered within five minutes that we were there why we didn't come back so long. Anyone who runs the front whether it is the owner or someone else is quite legitimate and not particularly friendly or welcoming. I lived in Italy for four years, and I am Italian and that is not how Italians behave. In One Barry little thing, but certainly annoying. We didn't finish our salad before the past. It was ready and they asked if we wanted to go. We said yes, instead of picking up our plate and in a box for us, in the middle of our meal, they gave us the box we had to navigate with the small table. They offered nothing to do with it. We just put it on the counter. Small things like this for an expensive restaurant is surprising, they are not very customer-centric. We won't be back and I'm sure we won't be missed. There are many good Italian restaurants in the city with much warmer owners and hosts.

Neat little space, but nothing to fry. On Sunday night divorced and the place was quite empty. Maybe 4 tables during the 2 hours we spent there. Very quiet, but one would assume that when all tables are sitting, it can get quite loud and hectic in it. My wife had the pear salad and I had the carpaccio. Both good size and tasty. The mains were the spaghetti w/ lobster and the pappardelle with wild boar. Spaghetti sauce doesn't need taste. The meat with the pappardelle was nicely braided, but it wasn't obvious. Could have been anything. Very good. Beautiful wine list, moderately expensive wine at the glass over price. attentive and courteous service. Valet is US$ 8 but you can probably get street parking easily.

Large small Italian restaurant in Marina Del Rey, right in front of Sepulveda Avenue. The host was welcoming and our server was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and was served next to a beautiful crust bread. You have a decent wine-for-the-glass selection that is reasonable price. The interior is small and cozy, so the restaurant has an intimate feeling. We'll be back.

Locanda Positano is the best Italian restaurant I visited in Socal. There may be others so good, but I didn't find them.
