Excellent meal and service. We arrived on 14th July with no reservation. They managed to find us a table. The service was efficient and friendly. We were lucky enough to have a waitress who spoke English and had a sense of humour which made the evening all the more pleasant.We had 3 courses from the a la carte menu and enjoyed everything. The vegetables were good.Will return later in the year.
Nice and friendly atmosphere. We had a set menu with unsophisticated dishes. The food was very well prepared, with a lot of creativity. The place was crowded and the service a little slow because of that. Generally speaking it has been a nice surprise because, the surrounding area didn’t look promising.
This is a great diversion off the motorway for proper French food done brilliantly well. We arrived on the late side for lunch (thanks Eurotunnel) but the chef and waiting staff were really flexible and we were treated to a superb meal. Not cheap, but very fair price for beautiful food.
We were a group of 15 and had a set menu of 23 euros. Decor is excellent, very modern and service was good. Food was tasty and our dozen French guests left very happy with the whole package. I would use this again.
