Food was decent and that’s it. Used to be better, but lately not so much. It wouldn’t even be that bad if service stayed decent too, but there’s been a big drop off in service. Ordering for pick up is hit or miss. I was in store just today and a woman behind me ordered 3 spam musubi’s, but only got two. When she asked, the lady said she only ordered 2. There are better places around for this type of food, but this isn’t bad.
Called in and asked for a couple things several different times for my orders and they didn’t do what I had asked. I also called in to ask a question for DoorDash and was hung up on
Slow service , rude cashier. Watched cook arrive and start working without washing hands
Katsu chicken was good. I forgot to order the crinkle cut fries :(Food: 4/5
