The gal at the counter is very rude, Another time I went back, it was few minutes after 11AM, she knew I was there, would not open the door, 2 more customers came expecting they were open. At least 15 +more minutes passed, we finally went and sat in our cars. She then opened the side door, yet we still waited for service. 1 of the gentlemen said he had tried calling, but got no answer. Nor was the phone being answered when we were waiting. As I was waiting, I noticed how Filthy the store is.Floors,counters, coolers and the doors, windows. I know I will NOT be going back to this location.

I would love to be able to get food that is advertised. Placed an online order for crazy puffs and the lady gave me crazy bread because she didn’t know how to make them, no refund, just take it or leave. Fast forward two weeks later, I walk in and the first thing she says is “I ain’t making no crazy puffs”. The doors are often locked during business hours and the owned does not care about the quality of their food and given how the staff treats customers I can’t imagine they are kind to their employees. Avoid this place!

Restaurant frequently is closed during normal hours but leaves online ordering portal on. Call before you order to make sure this location is open (even at 5pm on a Sunday). I probably will go to another store moving forward as this location is unreliable at best even when they are open.

Employees take 10 minutes to count out .35 cents in change, a hour to make a pizza. Very very poorly managed. Terrible customer service. They need to fire the entire staff.

Extremely unorganized. Very long wait for everything, as well as inaccurate hours and bad customer service from employees. #whereistheowner?
