It depends on who works, but I usually try to avoid going to this place. Typically, the service is very slow. I'm going here as a Dasher, not a customer, because I'm not a fan of pizza. Once I went in and was not aware that some orders happen to be in the kiosk thing where you have a code. I saw no code and the manager gave me a tough time. She didn't seem ready to take the pizza and hand it over to me. Instead, we went back and forth what I should notice on the app, how I should enter it, etc. I finally had to ask if she was unable to give me the pizza. I didn't think it was so big or so much inconvenience, but obviously it was. Other times I have received a notification that the order is ready to be picked up when I am there, they are completely unaware of the order. There is absolutely no place to sit or stand there, which is not the employees' fault. Once I had a request on my screen to remember taking the two litre soda of the customer as part of a promotion. When I got the soda, an employee accused me of stealing it and catching the manager so I could give evidence for this promotion and get permission to get my client's soda. I'm gonna say the last time that the employee I interacted was very nice. I was outside when I was waiting, as I could frighten myself for a longer time in a small room, and the employee gave me the food. It will be a bit of anger when pages, sauces and soda are not presented in a bag and you need to balance everything on a pizza box in one hand as you carefully try to drop nothing when you open the door to go. Overall, it would be better to order Dominos for a few dollars while it has delivered. When you order from Little Caesars website, isn't Little Caesar's a Door Dasher has an experience like one of the ones I just described?
