even if the old, rebuilt department store is not very welcoming due to the construction work in the eastern part, the linguini has developed very quickly into one of my favourite restaurants. it is located near the Wasserschlossstabenberg at an angle to the middle of the stabenberg. in the ground floor there is a gas room, which is mainly decorated in beige, white and light green, which is not overloaded. the speciality are the walls that consist of stone quarry, and the seating groups that were prepared at sufficient distance. I have seen the second gas room, which so far lies only through the floor depth windows from the outside in the gable space. services are extremely fast, friendly and friendly. the menu is not too extensive and offers some really Italian specialties, not only what they can find in any popular Italian restaurant. the prices are a little higher in total than in the competitive companies, through the quality of the ingredients and preparation, but after my opinion justified. next to the normal menu there are always two different lunch menus. our first visit took place in one of the hot late summer days this year, we could sit in the small beer garden, which gives the view of the pond in front of the house rodenberg and the castle park. at google you will find very beautiful photos from the interior of the restaurant as well as from various foods. here the link to the menu: [here link]
we were four in the linguini and had reserved. the newly furnished restaurant is located on two levels. also a great outdoor gastronomy is available.As a start we chose vitello tonato. the meat was very thin. the thun-fish sauce was not our ding. it seemed like the sauce was a ready-made mayonnaise.As a main dish we chose doradenfilet/wolfsbarschfilet with supplements, lammcarree with supplements. the foods were served very nicely. the main dishes also tasted very good. the restaurant is priced in the middle field.A large plus is the very nice facility.
we have eaten more often in linguini and were always very satisfied. . now we had ordered 12 portions to eat at home and were very disappointed : individual portions in polystyrene containers, repacked in plastic bags, the portions were very small. we were expected to eat in a warm-up container, which can be placed with flame on the table, so that it stays warm longer. so it was practically cold until it came to the court from the styropor, we didn't want to eat. . so: eat them there better freshly than they are delivered to home!
we sat outside and there it is totally cozy and beautiful. service is ok, price-performance also. pizza is totally good. thin floor and crispy teig, black medallions tender, ravioli and gnocci made themselves, optimally filled and delicious. a good alternative in aplerbeck.
