Lia's Pizzeria - Table reservation

So far everything I had was regular pizza, but it was perfect. Had in years not a good layer because of being out of the state, but when I tasted her pizza, I was new I was making real mozzarella for pizza, just enough density and pull. The sauce was perfect for a cake, not spicy, not watered. The crust was crispy on the outside and had the prefect chewing. The crew was kind too. This Italian-American who grew up eating Long Island pizza goes back for more. More pizza plus calzones, heroes, maybe some shrimp parmesan. Thank you for bringing back memories of my childhood. As long as I'm in NY, I'll eat in Lia's Pizzeria on Franklin Square.

First time, but def NOT last time! If you want the best pizza on Long Island, visit this place. The head to Sicilians is at the top. So are the deep crust slices. Life is changing! Too bad it's dirty at the end of the day, otherwise I would eat too often here.

Good service and good pizza. Order a lot from here when you visit the village. I recommend the Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch. The discs are huge and they have good prices. In addition, I am always waiting in and out very little.

Never been inside but seems like a good pizza shop... the Chinese food place next door though
