Great table! What a treat! A menu of the day really excellent entry 'Milkshake d'asperges' (both aromas in a plate! 'Filet of eglefin with black rice' (moelleux with perfect cooking and this rice with its fragrance! Dessert Pavlova at the strawberry, (a treat! Thank you to the cook for adapting to my allergies so easily Excellent service! Bravo! A nice discovery to share in a charming Alsatian city. A beautiful day of discovery!
In Barr, come to Essential! In a cozy and elegant setting, you are received and served by a pleasant staff and a small care that answers your questions and advises you. Prices are more than affordable. The dishes are elegant and delicious. A real boss is hiding behind. It was a good discovery.
