We both had 'menu du jour ', pate de foie gras, followed by lamb, for a very ambitious price of 19 euros. The pate was very good, but the lamb was singularly unimpressive — some local French cut full of bones and gristle, resembling dog food, that ought to be abandoned. The wine was also mediocre despite being described as 'superior ', and twice the price of similar brews in our own nearby town in similar establishments. In summary, a disappointing effort.
I only went to the restaurant. The kitchen is excellent, rather family. I recommend the pork enchaud
Very correct traditional cuisine, hearty, a complete formula for less than 13€ during the week
