Olivier and Gersende are real enthusiasts who know perfectly how to share with the evening cooked apprentices: Culinary advice, rating for the yellow team, our work plan was nickel!!! , advice of all kinds, recipes... We spent our Saturday night at the Toqués. Among friends for a cooking class, we did not see the time spent. Tricks, gourmet dishes to redo at home, small attentions throughout the course and the meal. It was too good!!! Super reception of Gersende and chef Olivier. Just do it again.
