Les Roches Fleuries Mont Blanc

Following our stay. My mother became very seriously ill. After several weeks of not knowing what it was, we received an email from the hotel informing us that several guests had contracted Legionnaires' disease. After tests, it turned out that she had caught this bacteria which is transmitted through water (spa) and whose mortality rate is 10%. We called the hotel who didn't bother to take our details. It's a shame when you know it's a 4 star hotel. Obviously no compensation was offered. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

We had an excellent stay at Roches Fleuries, a magnificent view, Savoyard charm, cozy room, warm, clean, the breakfast is excellent, choice, local products (including cheeses) the dinners were perfect, excellent, cuisine season highlighted. Attentive staff, extremely kind and efficient.. We recommend this Hotel without fault Mr Rosé and Mr Boire Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet

A very well located and relaxing hotel with discreet but warm decoration. The whole team takes great care and is of a kindness rarely encountered. It was a real pleasure to spend this short stay, we will return with immense happiness. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

We had booked this hotel for a wedding gift 1 month before the arrival date and the same day the hotel closed without even warning the customers!!! Plus the switchboard operator is really rude, I've never seen that in the hotel industry!!!
