Stavamo visitando questo grazioso villaggio alsaziano ed il desiderio di un buon caffè e di prendere del pane appena sfornato ci hanno condotti qui. Ci siamo fermati per una bella colazione, serviti da una ragazza carina e squisitamente gentile. Abbiamo assaggiato i loro croissant, i saccottini al cioccolato appena sfornati, gustosissimi!!!! Abbiamo fatto anche la spesa di pane, scegliendo quattro diversi prodotti che ci siamo portati a casa ed abbiamo consumato nei giorni successivi (quello che era sopravvissuto all'assalto appena in strada...). Un forno che voglio segnalare con entusiasmo, con ragazzi giovani al bancone ed anche alla cottura. Bella la vetrata sul forno da cui spiare la lavorazione. Bravi!!!
Top notch pastries in a warm and welcoming environment. L'enfariné has seating where you can enjoy your pastries and coffee while the bakers greet regular clients by name. There in a a window looking into the kitchen so you can see the breads and pastries being made. This shows their confidence in their cleanliness and quality. They seem to speak several languages and enjoy chatting with everyone who comes in. There are also sandwiches wrapped in wax paper in case you want to grab a lunch to take with you while you explore the town and castle. Prices are very reasonable, which is refreshing and appreciated. Definitely a happy environment with yumm pastries. I would highly recommend a breakfast or lunch here.
Au retour des pistes quoi de mieux qu'une petite pâtisserie! Forêt noire pour madame et tarte citron pour moi. Délicieux, belle présentation et ce qui ne gâche rien, un prix raisonnable. L'accueil est super, on s'y sent bien de suite!
Très belle découverte!Nous avons tout essayé,testé,comparé:les pains,les croissants,les pâtisseries(kougelhopfs,mendiants,palmiers,millefeuilles) et nous n'avons qu'une envie:y retourner et partager cette adresse avec vous!
