I've been on average 4 times a year in this restaurant for 6 years. The last two times I was extremely disappointed. The last time, on Tuesday, August 9, 2017, it was like "the pumpoon"Already, the restaurant was almost empty and the waiters refused from the world, at least 20 people. Asking the question of why, we are told that the fridges are empty...We command the aperitif, we were 7, and a glass of pineau comes dried and fendu, we are changing it. Then we ordered a sauerkraut of the sea, which was good, but which had quantitatively nothing to do with that of before. In dessert, there was no Macaron... and the so-called Paris-Brest with exotic fruits could have stifled a Christian. In front of the expression of my discontent, the chief comes. an arrogant, aggressive, and totally imbued person, who asks me "to better argue my reviews"In fact, I learn that the leader has changed, and I think that is why quality has declined, the card and menus have also changed and are no longer as attractive. In addition, servers are absolutely not trained, but they remain friendly and helpful. Today, my decision is taken to find another restaurant on Chatelaillon. Too bad because I loved this place it is difficult to win customers, but very easy to lose it. JPS
