L'Eiffel - Table reservation

I've been on average 4 times a year in this restaurant for 6 years. The last two times I was extremely disappointed. The last time, on Tuesday, August 9, 2017, it was like "the pumpoon"Already, the restaurant was almost empty and the waiters refused from the world, at least 20 people. Asking the question of why, we are told that the fridges are empty...We command the aperitif, we were 7, and a glass of pineau comes dried and fendu, we are changing it. Then we ordered a sauerkraut of the sea, which was good, but which had quantitatively nothing to do with that of before. In dessert, there was no Macaron... and the so-called Paris-Brest with exotic fruits could have stifled a Christian. In front of the expression of my discontent, the chief comes. an arrogant, aggressive, and totally imbued person, who asks me "to better argue my reviews"In fact, I learn that the leader has changed, and I think that is why quality has declined, the card and menus have also changed and are no longer as attractive. In addition, servers are absolutely not trained, but they remain friendly and helpful. Today, my decision is taken to find another restaurant on Chatelaillon. Too bad because I loved this place it is difficult to win customers, but very easy to lose it. JPS

with family, we decided to please us by entering this restaurant. There were still a few free tables with sea view, but the server installs us near the entrance door telling us that the others were reserved after a quarter of an hour waiting we come to take the order, a half hour to get a pressure and two grenadines! And another half an hour to get our dish!The waiter says I'm careful, bringing the mariners and drop everything. Broken glasses. etc.... it cleans and then seeing glass everywhere we change table .... bizarrely no table were reserved and we were seen sea....I kindly ask if it can do faster for dishes returned to the kitchen. He answers me that he can't go faster than two-course music so come back and my mussels without the fries! My daughters have finished their dish and I still don't have my fries! Lamentable... the waiter comes and I refuse his fries. being a little upset, we get up, we'll pay. ... no excuse, no regret, just the mussels. Well, I'm normal, I didn't eat anything!When I came home my daughter noticed that she still has a piece of glass in her underwear! I think this restaurant will not last long! one thing is sure, I would never put my feet back on it.

Big disappointment. we waited about 45 minutes between each dish while the restaurant was not even in full. we chose the eiffel menu, we couldn't choose our entry or dessert because there were already more at noon. So I had to choose the foie gras in the inlet. The liver was good but the accompaniments were of a very strange taste, I couldn't indentify what I had on the plate. The dish, nothing exceptional. with regard to the desert, we didn't even wait for it. the only positive point of the meal was the beautiful view.

we had reserved our table against the bay window through which you have a very beautiful view on the beach of chatelaillon. We took the eiffel menu with the oysters in the entrance and the salmon in the main course. everything was well prepared and quickly served. the decor of the room is pleasant, the chairs and chairs very comfortable, the temperature of the room cool but not cold. in short, a pleasant family lunch on a summer day by the beach.

after a friendly welcome, we enjoyed the setting in front of the sea and more, hot by this windy weather. the quality of the meal and the service were at the height of our waiting. We closed our evening with a passage to the casino.
