Lee On Solent Fish Chip Shop

we visited this on the recommendation of friends, but really wished we had not disturbed, stuck with one of the others who are consistently good. we came in quite a bit on a Friday after school leaving. the service on, but it tasted honestly as if it had been reheated by midday service. cold and not so many. fish was sad and disappointed. Sausage tastes really cheap. I have made the mistake to order also the fresh homemade tartaric acid sauce, which was just so nasty. my partner wouldn't even entertain it at all. unfortunately it will be a one-time visit and we will not return.

we came in and the lady servicing was very friendly. eating was all good fresh and the portions were a really good size. I had a spam frit that was absolutely amazing! my partner had a broken sausage that was also great. the little...Fries were so plentiful that we could not eat them all! we recommend 100

Delicious cod and chips. Staying in a holiday home and this chip shop just up the road so thought we would try it out. Cod was hot and delicious, no skin and crispy batter. Chips were the same. Not greasy either. Good option and quick...service. We will be back!
