This little restaurant has a short menu, but do not be put off. The food is gorgeous - beautifully fresh and cooked to perfection. We had melon sorbet as an amuse bouche, and crusty bread with anchovy butter, plus very reasonably priced aperitifs. Moules on crunchy sable biscuit followed by fish - hake in superb beurre blanc sauce and a local fish, in herby, piquant sauce. Puddings were wonderful, rose flavoured isles flottantes and rhum baba, with high quality rum poured over the savarin cake at the table. Our hostess was charming, with very good English, happy to translate and describe the menu. This restaurant deserves its top ranking on Trip Advisor, and has obviously built up a loyal and satisfied following. The decor is a bit quirky, but great to see local artists exhibited on the wall. Highly recommended.
