Le Sarrasin - Table reservation

This is the first time we've used this restaurant, and it won't be the last!I booked by phone an outside table for 8 with a high chair for noon. And at noon, there it was. The staff were discreet, courteous and efficient. The food is of the highest quality and the prices are reasonable. I can recommend the galette with chorizo. Delish! If you are visiting Figeac, make this restaurant a priority.

Saturday night, full of locals. We ordered galettes, nice presentation and salad on the side. Fresh products and great dish sizes. We also ordered desserts; crepes and fruits brochettes with chocolate fondue and cream, don't miss it! When big groups book they are always part in the first service (19h30)

We ended up here when walking thru Figeac. Not sure what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. The salad cabecous was very well and the galette fromagiere was a very nice surprise. I have a weakness for melted cheese and the combination of mozzarella, emmental, cabecous and roquefort is perfect.

We enjoyed our first meal so much that we returned twice during our holiday. There is something for everyone on their menu, including the fussy eaters. The staff are very friendly and informal and we were made to feel very much at home. Highly recommended.

Excellent range of dishes using high quality ingredients and warm yet professional service- I love the salads and my husband thinks the duck is cooked to perfection and best in Figeac - highly recommended!
