Arrived in MontLucon, tired and hungry after a long drive. Wandered into town, about 8.00pm on a Thursday, and looked in a few restaurants.Chose this one partly because there were people in it, and also because my wife is coeliac (needs gluten free) and buckwheat crepes (gallettes) are usually GF. We were given our choice of tables and when I explained our GF requirement, we were given a reassuring "No Problem" and shown the list of standard gallettes on the menu.We shared a salad starter, and my wife had a Gallette, I had a Composee which I would describe as a Gourmet Gallette. Everything was delicious and very filling. The service was friendly and professional, A little thing, I demolished all the bread which accompanied the starter (as I was rather hungry), so just before the mains arrived, another basket of bread was placed on the table - I'm not sure if this was standard practice, it appeared that they had noticed how quickly I ate the bread and simply (professionally) supplied some more.Along with our meal, we had a half-litre pichet of wine, two coffees (very nice coffee) and the total bill was 42 euro. Pretty good for France. It does more than crepes/gallettes - we just didn't look at the other options. The restaurant filled up very quickly after we arrived so it is obviously a popular spot with the locals. We chose very well.Highly recommended.
