Excellent food, fantastic variety including Chinese some Japanese. Seafood, and the ability to cook your own picked food from scratch (Mongolian BBQ style), all at one single low set price (Currently Euro 16.80). COuple this with friendly and attentive staff who remember your previous visit, and you have the makings of a great restaurant.
A must-see address in the centre of Rouen. Do not hesitate to push the door, the decor is not recent but the kitchen is excellent
