Quai Saint caradec, 5 minutes walk from the ramparts, in quiet street along the river Blavet even a bridge if you prefer to walk there, we ate on the terrace possible also inside the bistro a simple but very good meal and the boss who likes to cook, told us the accustomed... served us fresh products and copied plates at a competitive price : €12.50. Including wine displayed thus on the slate, no menu map. An immediately present and adventurous boss who offered us his daily dishes with choice of the resistance plate. The varied entrance could almost be noted entryS! composed of several fine slices of smoked ham, crudities and melon, then main dish for me sole green beans delightful sole... , for my husband tuna potatoes rissolated no less than 3 tuna darns, and other table neighbors with white chicken or fried davette salad, and for all in the plate a little fresh vegetable gardener We took a glazed cup two beautiful rum meat balls caramel, with a cloud of whipped... . A simple place to enjoy. Rosé wine was understood and boss placed a large bottle on the table, even from the isolated customer. Good mood of a nice boss, very connected to his clientele, jovial humor without excess. A good atmosphere. The land revol is definitely closed but the new establishment: L'ecluz 28 served me a very good veal blanquette for the dish of the day! Good address to remember.
