Le Restaurant - Table reservation

The breakfast spread was fairly impressive, as with many things to do with Badrutts its the service that let it down. Hardly a morning went by without something not being done correctly, from completely forgetting an order through to putting no coffee shot in a...Latte... There seemed to be enough staff, it just didnt flow. A lot of the team seemed to stand around watching things proceed with only about half of them actually doing anything. The buffet spread was good, and realistically that is probably just as well as anything involving service, which unfortunately included the coffee, feel sadly away.

A fantastic hotel in a dreamlike setting. Can’t say enough about the staff. From our arrival at the train station, where we were met by a driver who happily loaded our luggage on to a rolls Royce, we were treated like royalty. Special thanks to...Giuseppe the head concierge. He sets the tone of the entire experience (whether he knows it or not). Professional, polished, informative and above all treats you like family. My daughter already wants to book for next year!

We simply had to pop by this hotel in St Moritz and, whilst we did not stay, were impressed at its beauty and excellent service at the bar. The views of the snow capped mountains are amazing and super scenic. Prices per night are steep...but maybe one day, we will get to experience it...

We ate here several times during our stay and each meal was excellent. There was a slight disturbance in the service of a morning for breakfast, but not so much to spoil our meal or opinion.

I love starting my morning here. It is such a perfect space and the staff is busy, and always a pleasure to interact with.
