It was the third time we came to this restaurant so we enjoyed it the first two times. As far as I'm concerned, I once again ordered the veal head in the entrance and the kidneys in the flat. I was very disappointed by my entry, a traditional gribiche sauce point but a vulgar vinegar with studs. As for the kidneys, they had to be searched on my plate, however the sauce was delicious as usual. Hope the chief will take over, but as for us, he will not take us back.

the dishes are good in taste, but little copied damage. the service was a little cold (the smile and the helpful side)- to warm it we had a lighter as a gift with the note.
