I visited Le 3V twice, once for dinner and once for lunch. The service was friendly and rather quick both times. The food was simple but tasty; however, I found the dishes too light and not nourishing enough. For instance, I had the beignets for dinner but the plate had too much lettuce (and too much vinaigrette). Then, for lunch I had the soup and plate of the day which were a cucumber soup, and potatoes with cooked vegetables. They were good but nothing memorable. If I was in Mulhouse, I would recommend trying first the lunch menu, as it's fair in terms of quantity/quality/price.
Enjoyed every bit of the meal. The burger patty was beautiful cooked and real juicy, the bun was perfectly toasted, and I had a caesar salad too and it was lovely, the chicken bits added to it were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
the burgers remain very good since the change of name, but I still remove a star for the fries that are less good and it also seems to me that the trim is less generous than before.
a quality burger with fresh products, a crunchy bread, all in good quantity, and accompanied by well cooked and not soft fries. It's quite rare in this field. An address to keep!
