We came to eat in this restaurant to test it for the wedding, the one offering a caterererer service. The discreet reception is perfect. the menu was already established to make us an idea of the service on the day j. all the dishes offered are visual and aesthetic, the presentation of each one is very careful. side tastes nothing to say, it's a delight. the beef dish confits from 11 o'clock what a feast, a fine meat that can be cut to the fork and melts in the mouth. accompaniments are not in the rest and all products are fresh. The quantities offered are more than perfect because often in a gastronomic restaurant we search for what we have in the plate and there no. desserts are to fall. in summary welcome perfect meal chef at the top, we will close the kilometers to taste the rest of the card.
6 months before our wedding we went to the gourmet point restaurant in Villeneuve-La-Guyard for a test meal. What was not the surprise! dishes worked at all levels: gustative and visual!the dishes were sought (the confite beef piece was just beautiful)Without hesitation we chose M.Milano as a catererer. We had 180 guests and positive feedback! We were very happy because the dishes corresponded to what we had tasted at the restaurant and always with this elegant presentation.Professional and listening to the team of M.Milano made us wonder and it was with pleasure that we trusted them. on the occasion of my birthday (round whistle I'll taunt here), my husband chose to make mr milano work, for a catering service for 60 people in a nearby gite. What a delight! What a cocktail show for aperitif/entrance, 15 pieces per person all more delicious and prettier than the others: foie gras rock, clay-cola, foie gras mousse truffled potato, salmon shuttle, cherry tomatoes love...puis the nail of the show, 2 pigs of milk at the pin that turned and cooked in front of us for several hours and that dessert A performance that has greatly contributed to the success of the evening, to the words of each one, and of course I the first. We absolutely recommend!
apart from the fact that we were alone tonight (there were last minute cancellations), we have a pleasant moment with lots of flavors and research on the plates concocted by the chef who moves to greet us and to inquire about our desires and what we thought of dinner. ambient music and friendly service. it is perhaps a little atypical in relation to its geographical location in the middle of a small town in the north of the yonne and some might find the prices a little high while remaining reasonable and rather up to the ambitions of the leader.
