I discovered that beef tartar was a beef steak drowned in ketchup or tomato concentrate, no taste, no egg yolk. Chocolate dessert not homemade, rather heavy. We've eaten. to feed us, but without any pleasure. The room was cold. Home and service very, very poor. We scratched it from the list.
... for cuisine that was irreproachable for 10 years... And for a formula of noon that by magic becomes dry and more expensive a first for me in Toulouse. So bad. This day is my last passage in what was such a good restaurant.
We came twice in a week. Super reception, impeccable service, a chef who knows what he does. Thank you, Mamadou. I enjoyed it. Thanks to the whole team for these wonderful moments. Very fast.
