Everything is fair but our first experience about a year ago was confirmed. Their chef is a smoker so adds way too much salt to every dish (as do most smokers). This is not a comment I have made before nor have I ever felt so strongly about it in any restaurant. For the record I do use a normal amount of salt when I cook/eat.The salt ruined the experience for us as everything else would have been quite nice. I REALLY wish the waiters would tell the manager and/or the chef as even though I mentioned it twice, nobody came to get more information or to apologise and the feedback seems obviously lost. Amuse bouche was a fennel soup. Quite salty. We both noticed.Appetiser was a salad with fried shrimp and fera. Both were too salty, the shrimp way too salty and the salad sauce was also too salty.Main course was pork rib, nicely cooked and nice presentation but also too salty. My wife had fish that also was too salty for her to finish.None of it was inedible but the amount of salt varied from high to clearly too high. Sadly you can add salt but not remove it...Chefs should not smoke. Won't return which is a pity as this is the closest restaurant to our home...
