Finally a real Japanese chef, passionate about the Japanese and after a 3-month stay in this beautiful country. I found the taste and taste of a sushi and sashimi worthy of this name in this restaurant! we are polluted by the low-end restaurants offering sushi without soul without flavor, not having the art of cutting fish, seasoning rice, cooking, ventilation etc. I was delighted to have tasted fresh sushi/sashimi and succulent thanks. next time I taste your yakitori, and well on for sushi sashimi I'm not going to come back!

I discovered Japanese cuisine through a tokyo menu that I recommend to all those who want to know it: a simple but very scented soup, a fresh salad (very) and various skewers served with rice. And more than an hour later, I still have the scents in my mouth... isn't that the definition of a successful kitchen? All this for a really reasonable price.Bravo the leader!The havrais are very lucky.

I discovered a great restaurant in the corner, with ease. the fish is fresh (I ask again), the rice is full of flavors, the sushi are pleasant to eat - in a single bite and nicely presented, the staff is in small care. Nice discovery
