This is a restaurant like many in the Provence: fantastic setting but somewhat uninspired kitchen. The terrace is absolutely lovely with lots of shade and many pets wandering about. The staff is great as well, very friendly and welcoming. The food is typical Provencale: well prepared, simple, tasteful but rather small proportioned when you choose only a main dish. Menu's are better value but then you commit to 3-4 courses which might not always be what you want. This restaurant has a menu which can be found in each village in the Provence. We had tasty large shrimps but it was only accompanied by a large portion of rice and a very simple salad. Not sauce with the rice. Quite unimaginative, but that it the case for 80% of the restaurants in this area. I hope that this will change in the near future. This restaurant has that potential and we hope it dares to step outside its comfort zone and it will develop its own identity.
