we ate on the map-: the crispy langoustines and foie gras and crustacean butter: a little fat (at my taste) we could have gone from the butter- duo of saint stone / lotte vegetables scented at combava: very good with a good balance between cream and the acidulated side of combava - Bavarian passion with compoty of banana ginger: very original in taste
