we treat ourselves to lunch here at least once a week. Always busy and superb value at 4 courses plus wine for less than a tenner !!! Latest visit saw ham salad/ fish with rice and vegetables / cheese/ choice of delicious desserts and a pichet of rose wine !!! ... All presented perfectly and delivered with a smile . There are several excellent menus in the Condom area but Le Massalet is now at the top of the list . Try it ... I guarantee you'll go again and again. Very very highly recommended especially if you can fit it in with a day out at Castera Verduzan races just down the road !!!!!

Le Massalet is all you could want from a village bistro. Great value, great atmosphere and a very welcoming patron. The fixed menu is €13.50 for 4 courses and a quarter of a bottle of vin de table. Wonderful value and good food. The a la carte offers choice and the serving size will ensure no one goes home hungry. Equally nice just to sit under the arches and enjoy a cool beer in the heat of the afternoon. A favourite with teenagers and adults alike. Unfortunately not open for food in the evening.

After several visits to this brasserie type of local French restaurant , We have found it a good quality fixed price menu . Excellent value for a four course meal with wine at 13 euros. The staff are always very helpful and the service excellent considering it is always busy. There is ample outside seating and a good atmosphere inside.

Super local restaurant offering fantastic value lunch: 3 courses including wine for 13.50 euros per head. Sit outside and mix with the locals (including expats) while enjoying an unpretentious, hearty lunch. Recommended.
