Le Gensake - Table reservation

We were very lucky to find this place, friendly service and amazing food. We really enjoy the experience so much we returned for both lunch and dinner many times. The kids really enjoyed eating there as did we. They also have an amazing selection of quality wines from the best local vineyards at reasonable price. The staff at Le Gensake are the nicest people you will meet in France. It did get quiet busy so I would recommend booking to avoid possible disappointment. We will miss going there but look forward to day when we all can !

This is a little gem. A lively locals bar and an enclosed garden at the back where you can enjoy the choice of freshly prepared food. Unlike some places the team are happy to discuss and prepare vegetarian options based on the fresh ingredients available. So all four of us including the vegetarian had a wonderful relaxed Sunday lunch after a hot walk. The service and ambiance is friendly and relaxed and the wine recommendations were spot on.We will go back again when we are next in the area.

We came one night with friends and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and the service. There was a lovely fire to take the evening chill off and there was a good ambience. The wine list is varied and the beer is good, there is even Guinness available. All in all a most enjoyable experience.

Lovely menu du jour in Feb, beautiful food Maison, 14€ per head Delightful, A real gem in the Summer there is also a terrace

Good value food; interesting menu; good service. Not too expensive. Used by the locals; lots of character.
