we had booked and it's better because the tables fill very quickly. The setting is pleasant and warm. Our waitress was very smiling and good advice. a detail but it's very appreciable: it made us taste a wine on which we interrogate (white wine of the region, charlevoyor it seems to me).We chose the formula th (superior table) around 35$can.Entrées: tuna tartar with ginger and lemon snails with alsacean (my husband would have eaten a dozen!) (reasonable amount). Excellent.Ribs of beef with black beer of charlevoix, fries (copyy). Bon.Belled beef joe with olives, beeluga lentils stew and vegetables of the moment (copyy). excellent desserts: dark chocolate pie and blueberriesfraisiernougat glazed. Very good. desserts are not home but made by an outside pastry (it is indicated on the site, not on the map or specified by the waitress). They are, however, very good. We waited a little bit for our first dish (30mns) but as soon as the entrance was served everything was chained effectively...in a good tempo. I noted, however, that the other tables were served more quickly so we were the exception;)but, the quality of the reception and the succulence of the dishes encourage us to leniency.Bravo to the chef and his team.
We went here for lunch on our last day in Baie St Paul and ordered the pulled pork poutine and duck burger. Both were shockingly good, way better than I was expecting and I was expecting ALOT for the #1 place on Trip Advisor. Tender meat and bursting with delicious flavours! You can only order these things at lunch though. My poutine also came with a starter soup (excellent) and cake/coffee for dessert. $50 including a tip for everything! Highly highly recommended!
we presented before 6pm and were served without worries by a team in small care. excellent food favoring local products. a small flat on the not very elaborate desserts, but overall we spent an excellent time with family!
The menu was reduced to just a few choices to accommodate the weekend music festival, se we didn't really have a chance to taste the best. What we had was good.
