Le Chou'Heim - Table reservation

Choucrout i traditional meal of choice in Alsace. But the one you taste in Chou'Heim is delicious and very traditional one. Tasty homemade sour cabbage on white wine, not too sour, very nice and gentle in the taste, follows here almost all meals. Our recommendation is Cassolette de choucroute et spaetzles gratinées - tasty cabbage with pieces of bacon, homemade gnocchi (spaetzle), a lot of cream inside, seasoned by juniper and gratinated in the owen with cheese. Lixurious, if you like traditional farmers meals. So well done! Congrats!

Very friendly and typical place of Alsace. The exterior façade is very pretty. The service was great! The waitress very nice and dynamic. The dishes (the hatch tab with spaetlze and sauerkraut) were excellent! Very good value for money due to quantities in the plate. We were passing through the area and will regret this restaurant!

This is an authentic Alsatian Restaurant with local specialities in the Capital of the Choucroute (Sauer-Kraut). Very friendly local ambience. In the summer they have tables in the garden. Excellent tarte flambé.

We spent a great time at Chou’heim at 9 friends. Super nice staff, quality Alsatian cuisine, and very good wines! I recommend kidneys!

Everything is nickel, the meal was good, the nice setting and the impeccable service.
