all other Guyon cat restaurants were closed so we landed here on Tuesday night with my husband. From the very first few moments, something is wrong: the server proposes to sit at a table not set up. the atmosphere is cold and heavy, and we are used peanuts for aperitone, in a setting that wants to be gastronomic. The entrance is very mediocre: a salad of hot goats that arrive cold on the plate, probably prepared too soon. The waiter, in a polo, explains to me that they "always done like that." My husband also appreciates his terrine. the dish is the culmination of the dinner: frog thighs without garlic and without parsley, just with butter, with potatoes cooked with water without seasoning.
