Le Carpe Diem - Table reservation

family meal that left us a half-teintegration impression. reception correct but not warm service to review completely. Despite our disagreement, the wine was served with a feeling of pushing to consumption or quickly getting rid of the table. menu at 44 euros for entry, dish and dessert little choice gage of quality. on the 4 dishes offered one (sun grilled) is with a supplement of 16 euros which is prohibitive. or if you take it on the map a total of 51 euros for a sole at 3 km from the sea! entrance of well-cooked jacco shells but too fades, fresh lotte but which has made a lot of water with some well cooked but too few vegetables, let's get well prepared. for dessert which disappointment, no originality, mellow chocolate valrhona totally masked for cocoa lovers because much too sweet a lot of things are to be seen for an address that does not gather all the conditions to return to it.

Very nice family party for a birthday. The reception is perfect, our young very friendly server, full of humor and patience! the place is comfortable and modern. cooking side: original, full of flavours and made of local and seasonal products. the chef had concocted a surprise menu with wines adapted to each dish. very good address near the center of the baule pines.

Yeah, we loved it. reception, service and full meal. We're at professionals. We immediately know that the establishment wants to respect the client. The dishes have been chosen and this is not the cheapest look below. the room is comfortable at all points of view. The kitchen is refined, sought after. Everything is perfect.
