On a day visit to Neufchâtel we came across this apparently small bar in the centre of the town. It has a small 'sun terrace' at the rear of the building that proved to be a real sun-trap as we enjoyed a light lunch.The service was pleasant, efficient and polite. Two of us had salads whilst I had a croc-Monsieur with salad. The salads were large, but very enjoyable and the croc was delicious. All in all we had great value for our money at this hidden gem.
The velvety of mushrooms is a treat for pupils and carrots. The excellent risotto too. Small dessert advice: cheesecake for amateurs. Welcome and warm service. To be recommended.
What a beautiful discovery in Pavilly. I've had a treat with a pear/poached egg fondue and a chorizo risotto! Cherry on the cake, the welcome is really warm.
