I have to brag on the amazing customer service at Laura?s Cheesecake! I have eaten there many times before and the food is always wonderful! But this time I placed an order to go. When I got home I realized that the cheesecake Sampler I had ordered was not in the bag. I called the store and the staff member I spoke with was so apologetic and then a manager got on the phone and said they would be happy to deliver the rest of my order. I told them thank you but I lived about 30 miles away and didn?t expect them to deliver that far. He insisted they deliver the rest of my order and arrived shortly after. It is almost unheard of to find customer service like this today and I love that Laura?s not only has excellent food but an excellent staff and management that really go the extra mile to serve their customers.
The food was fine. I can't underestimate how upset I was after I paid $12 for a Cobb salad worth about 2 pieces of bacon. I feel that a $12 salad should come with some protein. See what a Cobb salad is and every single example will tell you that it should be a chicken or another protein. It is literally part of what defines a salad as COBB-Salad to start with it. This is a very misleading menu option.
Good food, very spacious and the turtle cheese cake was one of the best I've ever eaten!! The owners talked to us and were super friendly can not wait to go back
