When we went in we were suggested various seats by the waiter. We hesitated and another waiter stepped in and choose for us. We finally decided to go to another and he simply went mad because we chose a table that had yet to be cleaned. He started to yell and hit with the cutlery on the table. After that, my girlfriend and myself, shocked, stared each other and went out without saying one single word… Imagine what could have happened with the food he’d have brought! Unbelievable!
The ambience and setting is quite nice. The food is above average. I ordered the lamb and it was a large portion and was savory. The service wasn't very efficient but it's more efficient than the majority of the other restaurants in Mont-Saint-Michel. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go here as I didn't find it as bad as the majority of the other reviews.
Do yourself and your families a favour and stay away from this dump. I wouldn't serve the dishes we received to my dog. Horrible food and a complete Rip off.. reheated garbage.. It was the quietest restaurant and with three younger kids we decided to give it a go as there was plenty of space. We should have taken that as a bad sign. Avoid at all costs.
The food was not cook correctly, it was raw, and after they said It was like that a tipical dish , come on... who do you think you are, very expensive for the **** they give us, if i come back to Saint Michel this is not the restaurant to go ever.
