As Americans we really like to eat earlier than This is one of the few restaurants that is open from lunch through late night. We had a reservation on a Tuesday night and I was initially underwhelmed by the atmosphere and menu. However, our...waiter, Rafael, changed the evening for us! He made excellent recommendations and the place was full of energy at We lingered over a tapa (tuna was excellent), shared the spinach salad (amazing quality) and loved our shared entree of Iberian pork fillet recommended by Rafael. The wine offerings by the glass were wonderful. The following night we were planning on going to a different restaurant and it was closed. We weren't very hungry but ended up back at Rafael's and shared the duck entree. Excellent food and service once again! We hope to return next year !
On side street went to Las Maravillas Restaurant. They offered several tapas dishes. We had a tuna fish (Tataki Atun Rojo), chicken on a stick (Sate Pollo y Bast), mushrooms with special sauce (Carpaccio de Champions). We also had a full-size hamburger with cheese, ham...and lettuce. For dessert we shared an ice cream dish and we enjoyed several glasses of red wine. Very good food and great service.
we noticed the restaurant weeks prior the visit, and when we arrived they said half an hour till the fold was ready. hours later we got the food, and it wasnt exactly what we ordered. If you dont speak spanish, they cant...service you the way they are supposed to. Too bad
