Hallo, Wir haben den Genuss Treffpunkt Höfer für unsere Hochzeit mit 60 Leuten ausgewählt. Wir können nur sagen – besser geht’s nicht! Chef de Cuisine Manuel Schwarze hat alle kulinarischen Wünsche und Sonderwünsche übererfüllt, bei Qualität gab es nicht den geringsten Kompromiss! Barbara Höfer war eine sehr freundliche und kooperative Mit-Organisatorin, die überall mitgeholfen hat, wo es ging. Es wurden sämtliche Sonderwünsche des Brautpaares berücksichtigt, bis hin zum überdachten Parkplatz für den Oldtimer. Die Speisen waren von einem Niveau, wie man es sonst nur sehr selten in Graz und im Grazer Umland bekommt – und wir wissen, wovon wir sprechen (sie: Tochter eines Gourmet-Caterers, der übrigens auch überwältigt war, er: kennt jedes angesagte Grazer Lokal von vielen Geschäftsessen). Die Location macht einen äußerst hochwertigen Eindruck mit Medientechnik „up to date“ und einem sehr exklusiven Interieur. Bereits die Anreise von Graz aus mit dem Hochzeits-Konvoi, vorbei an der Basilika Mariatrost, hinauf durch die Kehren Richtung Nadischhöhe, war ein tolles Erlebnis für einen Automobil-Fetischisten. Der Sonnenuntergang vor dem Hochzeitsessen am Gipfel eines Weinberges bietet eine Stimmung, die man so nicht leicht anderswo bekommt. Wir haben es genossen – nicht nur wegen dem netten Kontakt zu den Inhabern, mit denen man sich alles ausreden konnte. Danke Höfer’s, ihr ward an unserem Tag Teil von etwas besonderem. whether in the country house or in the newly built vinothek, always worth a visit.The events in the vinothek are the perfect pendant to the a la carte country house. fish and spasm evenings were a full success in every sight. the family company convinces with hospitality and quality. the in-house quality wine is also served to suit the foods. the service is versed and accommodating. for every grazer who is looking for an outing destination on Sunday "the place to be" where else you can enjoy (very) short trip be achterl in the middle of the weing species. Conclusion: events with more modern kitchen, country house with traditional kitchen, open on Sundays, family flair, perfect wine, top ambiente in the midst of a wine species and all in front of the toren of graz!
Sehr vielseitig. Schöner Landgasthof mit abwechslungsreicher Karte tolle saisonelle Gerichte und leider für mich das beste Schnitzel (sorry Mutti)! Und auch die Vinothek und die Events dort sind klasse! War schon bei mehreren Themenabenden dabei und wir haben auch unsere Hochzeit bei Barbara und Manuel gefeiert. Vielen Dank noch einmal an euch und eurem Team! Es war spitze!!!
